The goal of ECRO is to promote fundamental and applied research in OLFACTION and TASTE in vertebrates and invertebrates. ECRO is financed by individual member subscriptions and by donations from industry and research institutions. History - Constitution - Board
To pay your annual membership dues, or to pay registration fees for the ECRO 2008 meeting in Portoroz, please check whether your name is already in the Members' list. If not, you have to register first, and then to follow the instructions under the PAYMENT key that will appear on the top of the main menu.

| ECRO website is a pathway between academic researchers, industry scientists and students. Information on ongoing research and active researchers in Taste and Olfaction, can be found in our Member's list. Members can also communicate in the member Chat room
Students and postdoc searching for a laboratory to study Olfaction and Taste can get valuable information in the Congress Abstracts or the Member's list.

ECRO ACTIVITIES comprise scientific meetings, and summer schools. To facilitate participation of younger scientists ECRO supports travel grants for students.
ECRO encourages members to organise minisymposia on specific topics for brainstorming discussions.
