Who can apply
Young researchers with regular ECRO membership. Please, renew your yearly membership (January-December) or submit your membership application. Please note that one student/lab will be granted for each fellowship type. Preference will be given to students who are the presenting author of an abstract when applying for meeting attendance. No applicant will be granted twice.

Fellowships 

• Bilateral arrangements with AC hemS: two grants per year, 1000 € each, for attending the AC hemS meeting.
• Attendance at meetings and schools/courses i n the field of olfaction and taste in Europe: available grants, 500 €  each for travel outside the member country or 300 € within the member country, are yearly announced in the web site. The number of grants available depends on the yearly financial status of ECRO.
• Study visit in another laboratory: a limited number of grants, 500 € each, is available depending on the yearly financial status of ECRO.

  
Deadlines
For any event: March 31st, June 30th, September 30th, December 31st.

Select your appropriate deadline which should be at least four weeks prior to the registration deadline of the event you plan to attend.

Application documents

• Request l etter stating the objectives to be achieved
• Curriculum Vitae and publication list
• Support letter from the Supervisor or Department Head
• Abstract to be presented at the meeting or an outline of the purpose of the visit to a laboratory
• Letter of acceptance from the Organizer when attending an event (meeting, school, course) with a limited number of admitted participants.

File format

Use preferably word files. File names must start with the family name of the applicant.
